A personalized approach to mindfulness training that will help increase self-awareness and well-being. These sessions offer flexibility that can be specifically designed around your needs. Focus can vary from stress reduction, inspired by Jon Kabit-Zinn's 8-week MBSR program, Introduction to Mindfulness or Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.
1 hour ($90) or 1.5 ($120)hours sessions available via Zoom.
