Services
Focused Sessions
A Focused Session (often called an intensive) is a one-time therapy session that is a minimum of 6 hours and up to a maximum of 12 hours over the course of a couple days. It is designed to meet specific goals for the couple, create breakthrough and movement for people who are stuck. It can be done in conjunction with a couple's existing therapy work with another EFT therapist or on its own. Think of it as surgery rather than weekly therapy. Focused Sessions can include a focus on trauma using Brainspotting along with Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. If you are a couple or a therapist working with a couple that would like to explore the possibilities of Focused Sessions, contact Dr. Maxwell to learn more.

Do you have moments of anxiety, places you routinely get stuck, or simply want to take your game to the next level?
